A BIT ABOUT US
Rossignol Surf Shop is a family-owned business that was established by Jeff Norman in 1998 with one mission: to bring his love and knowledge of surfing to the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Jeff has been surfing the Atlantic Ocean for over 30 years and if you ever have the chance to take a lesson with him, you will leave feeling like you just conquered the wild ocean waves.

We are proudly located on the beautiful white sand beach of Summerville Beach Provincial Park & White Point Beach Resort. The perfect place to safely learn to surf with beginner-sized waves.

SURF LESSONS
Here at Rossignol Surf Shop, we offer 1 hour learn to surf lessons in a group setting, no experience necessary!
Our lessons are lead by instructors with extensive knowledge and experience.
Each lesson starts by getting suited up and picking out a soft-top board followed by dry-land training, safety etiquette, and practicing your skills before heading into the ocean to catch some waves.
After your lesson, you have use of the equipment for the rest of the day (4pm return)
RENTALS
By offering a large selection of fun soft-top surfboards, boogie boards, and wetsuits for adults and kids, we guarantee you’ll enjoy your day in the Atlantic Ocean like never before.

**A deposit of $20/per person is required to reserve rental gear ahead of time. Cancellations must be made at least 24hr before to receive a refund. **
SURF CAMPS
Live in the area and want your kids to spend their summer in the ocean learning something new? At Rossignol Surf Shop, we offer summer camps for youth (ages 8-15), in a fun and safe atmosphere for all skill levels.
Beginner & intermediate surf camps will be taught at Summerville Beach.
Advanced surf camps will be taught at White Point Beach Resort.
